There are a few high-end restaurants that come close, but after coming here reguarly for over 3 years, Paladar never disappoints in flavor or consistency. The food is pricey but it's not exactly a 'self-service cafeteria' as others have mentioned. The staff plates your food and carries it upstairs to the 2nd floor which is beautiful and comfortable. The servers are attentive and caring and regularly check in with you to see if you need anything else. The only critique is they could be slightly more generous with portion size (a little more meat would be nice). My favorite dish is the tongue in brown sauce - I believe it's called Lengua en Salsa Agriducle. Conclusion: Best Restaurant in Cali"
